Breakage: Is Your Network Marketing Company Fleecing You?
Uri International features an infinity bonus that is “dynamically compressed”.Why should you understand what a dynamically compressed infinity bonus is?
At the December 14th corporate meeting, Uri LeBaron explained it this way:
“This is what most companies don’t bother trying to do, they just keep. They figure, “Why? Most distributors aren’t going to understand it anyway, why try to find a way for them to understand it and pay it out when it’s simpler for us just to keep it?”
He further explained that this portion generates 25% to 50% of every company’s commissionable dollars that never gets paid out.
This infinity bonus is what guarantess that Uri International pays 50% of their volume.
What does ‘dynamically compressed” mean? The commission computer program starts from the purchase and goes upline and keeps pushing upline until it finds someone to pay to.
In most companies, the program just counts, X number of levels and stops. If no one is there and qualified for that commission, it goes to the company. By contrast, Uri International has found a way to pay it all out.
Uri is committed to supporting his distributors to develop a true team and it shows in the compensation plan. He says, “The more you do, the more you get paid.” and “It is even more powerful to the small person.”

These network marketing companies create complicated compensation plans just for that reason. They want people to not understand how much money they’re leaving on the table. This is why I focus on promoting affiliate programs first to generate leads, then develop friendships with my customers. The people who are interested in my mlm just contact me. No more cold calling or chasing leads. Multiple streams of income is the key to making serious money in network marketing. Plain and simple.
